萝卜干牛蒡丝pickles and burdock

午餐饭盒必备,懒人食谱一人份。
Lunch box must have for busy bees and serve for one.

用料

牛蒡 burdock 半根 half
酱油 soy sauce 适量 1 tsp
盐 salt适量 1tsp
乌江萝卜干 radish pickles 一包 1 pack
葱花 spring onion切碎 finely chopped
干辣椒 dried chilli切碎 finely chopped

萝卜干牛蒡丝pickles and burdock的做法

  1. 牛蒡过热水或上锅蒸一下切丝,萝卜干、葱花、干辣椒都切碎待用。
    Boil or steam your burdock drained and chopped into slices. Finely chopped your pickles, spring onion and dried chilli.

  2. 热锅,橄榄油煸炒萝卜干、葱花,干辣椒。
    Sauté radishes, spring onion and dried chili with olive oil in the pan.

  3. 加入牛蒡丝,翻炒至上色,加入酱油、盐和少许水,关盖焖煮至收汁。
    Get the burdocks in. When your burdock is covered with golden color pour the mixture of soy sauce and water. It's enough when the liquid is just cover the ingredients.

  4. 撒上亚麻籽,装盘完成!
    Top with some flax seeds and you are done!
