猪肉 | 约250 |
沙茶酱 | 一茶勺 |
芝麻酱 | 半茶勺 |
酱油 | 适量 |
淀粉 | 适量 |
蒜 | 一瓣 |
油适量 |
沙茶猪肉(鸡肉牛肉羊肉)的做法
Satay jam and sesame jam.
put a little bit soy sauce in it
mix them
put meat in it. stur till every slice of meat is wrapped with jams.
add some water if it's too dry to stir.some starches to make the meat softer
add a spoon of oil and stur. this step is to keep the meat moist.
heat up the wok
put some oil
put in the chopped garlic when the oil get heat
add the meat when the garlic turn slightly brown
when the meat is medium put some water in the wok to make the starch sauce.
use it as a topping for noodles or 菜心or 芥兰 or just put it on the rices as you want.
